This company is great! There's tons of options, and being able to swap out teas, especially for someone like me, who hates fruity teas, is the reason I keep this service! My questions were all answered really quickly as well, when I had them. 5/5!!

I decided that since I cannot got out for tea, tea will come to me! I treated myself to a Tea Runners subscription in May after gazing longingly for a couple of years, and it is worth every penny. I had a pandemic-related delivery delay (because Canada Post), but it was worth the extra week's wait. And I unsuccessfully tried to switch out one of the teas, but I think that was my incompetence with online forms so I'm not complaining. The tea I was going to switch out is great so I still win the day. Speaking of tea! I always add milk to my black tea, but there is not even a hint of the bitterness I associate with black teas so I've gone milk free often. I've re-steeped a serving up to 4 times. I think each package is just the right size, the price is more than fair, and I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to sign up. Thanks, Tea Runners!
