Exceptional customer service and delicious teas! I accidentally ordered two of the same subscription box. The company took the initiative to email me and confirm if I really meant to order 2 subscriptions. They made the correction instantly and were very friendly and courteous. And, I have yet to be sent a tea I didn't like. They provide such an amazing variety of top quality teas.

The tea is great! I got the black tea box and absolutely loved the June box. The July box was very good also but contained more traditional black teas rather than fruity ones. The customer service is great, very kind and helpful. I do really like that you can substitute teas each month but wish there was a better interface for this (more than one at once or that you could review your changes.) Also the shipping costs from their regular tea shop are prohibitive if you live outside of the US. Overall a really great subscription though.
