I'm actually not a fun of tea, but this shop makes me change my mind. They have the best tea ever!

I’ve been a member for a couple of years now. The teas are consistently excellent quality and the customization options ensure I can get variety or sometimes, extra of what I liked previously. You sign up for a particular box theme but can mix and match from others, so if you like mostly black tea you can throw in a herbal blend once in a while. The teas come in sturdy 1oz bags that reseal and stay fresh, and have brewing instructions and tasting notes.

I messaged support and they never responded. I can’t figure out how to cancel the subscription with the company. Luckily I can just stop payment with my credit card. Cool concept, wish they had better or even just accessible customer service.

It was sent out immediately, packaging was cute and the tea has been delectable! I love the customization, the variety, and the surprise.

We loved the selection of tea that came in November. Yunnan silver (green tea), Yunnnan black tea, Kathmandu Cosmos chai, and Apple Cider Rooibos - we loved the herbal and black varieties so much, we will probably order those again. Chai was pretty good as well. I don’t know if it’s because green tea is finicky with temperatures but the green was a bit too bitter for my taste. Shipment came pretty fast, in a week!

All of my teas were great in my first box, and I am excited to see what I get next.

I like most of the teas that were given to me but wish there was more variation, maybe jasmine or other teas instead of just black green or mixed.

Love the variety and quality of the tea. Also very happy that you can swap out teas in each shipment--much more flexibility than in other tea subscription boxes I've tried. I look forward to having a cup every morning
