Was recommended this company but not impressed at all. They are incredibly slow if they respond at all-we’re still not onboarded after 2 weeks, god help us if we ever get to buy the house and the communication I’ve seen from lawyer shows he hasn’t read the MoS. The online portal doesn’t provide any update or useful information at all-it simply just adds a further layer of admin which you could do much quicker via email. Definitely check out before using this company.

Disgrace to the legal profession
This company is absolutely terrible and are about to cost us our property purchase. They are acting for the buyers of our current home and because of their inability to provide updates and act in a timely manner we are no where near exchange on a simple 3 way process. You should avoid using them at all costs, they are an absolute disgrace to the legal profession.
