I want to express my deepest gratitude to Reena for her truly outstanding work handling my financial matters during what was an extremely long, drawn-out and stressful divorce. The delays in the process (mostly due to the other party and the UK legal system itself) made it very difficult at times, but Reena’s support never wavered. She provided excellent, clear, and pragmatic advice on all aspects of the financial settlement, always taking the time to explain complex legal processes in a way that was easy to understand. Beyond just the legal side, she also showed immense personal care and understanding – bringing a human touch that made a huge difference during one of the most stressful periods of my life. My ex-wife attempted to make numerous false claims to try to secure extra money, and repeatedly lied about processes I needed to follow in order to frustrate and intimidate me. Reena was a pillar of strength throughout, calmly and professionally batting away these lies and refusing to be drawn into drama or scare tactics. She always kept the focus on facts and the law, which protected me from being exploited and kept the entire case on track. I genuinely don’t think I could have gone through this process without her steady, compassionate, and highly professional guidance. She went well above and beyond what I expected from a solicitor, providing not only top-tier legal advice but also personal support that helped me stay sane through it all. Not your usual conveyancing solicitors
I’ve always been of the opinion that solicitors are the main reason that the house selling/buying process is so stressful - Taylor Rose are the absolute exception. They were absolutely amazing during our sale and purchase, we’re responsive to calls and emails, I could always speak to someone when I called and they made their charges and all usual jargon, very clear. I would recommend and will use again for future sales/purchases.

Genuinely the worst experience.
Genuinely the worst experience of buying a house you could get. Basic admin errors getting dates pushed back again and again, lying about paperwork coming through 3 days later than it did, unless that day email was suddenly slow. Honestly I wouldn't bother unless you want extra stress on top of an already stressful time. I also forgot to mention something important that needed signing, just found out about it at the last minute when we had been and signed everything anyways, so now another trip to get something signed as they're so disorganised. Avoid like the plague.

I can't recommend Taylor Rose enough! Using Taylor Rose whilst purchasing our first home made the process so easy and simple. Vicky communicated very well with us and kept us in the loop at all times. She was extremely helpful and made this experience for us completely stress-free. The thought of buying our first home and not really understanding the process very well was quite scary, Taylor rose were so informative and guided us through the whole thing with zero faults. 10/10
