Great service, great price and speedy service.

A substitute was supplied which was not as good as the Pinot Grigio ordered. We were offered a £5 reduction but had to place an order valued at £60 plus. The original offer of a £5 voucher was not based in placing a further order of £60+ but was a gesture to make up for our complaint. The matter is now close as we will not be using them again.

My order was urgent, I needed confirmed delivery the next day and live some 2oo miles away. The staff member I spoke with was very helpful and I am happy to say that the order was delivered the next morning. The wine: Anniversario 62 is a beautiful, well bodied wine from Italy and I am happy to say that I got the last crate (pre- stock delivery). Happy days, well done to Taste Fine Wines.

Website is easy to use and gives an update if products are available or unavailable. Once my order was placed, I got updates of when my wine would arrive.

A delicious wine easy on the digestion not too strong I had a bottle and was pleasantly merry. I could taste the mild spices and it had a lovely bottle but what can I do with it?!!! Xxxlyn

Discovered a wine, my Husband enjoyed in Florence at taste fine wines. As it’s a Christmas present, it it hasn’t been tasted yet. Bottles arrived very well packaged &clear information from the seller when the delivery would be.

It was a very easy and smooth experience to order wine from them. The wine arrived quickly and delivered with care. This wine was one that I was particularly keen to get. Not one you can find in shops in the UK.

Your reply is nonsense you told me that Yodel had tried to deliver but got no answer either you or Yodel are liars you have lost me as a customer because of your denial of responsibility goodbye. Bulksupermarket have replaced you two deliveries not problems and they are cheaper yes cheaper and use a reliable courier wake up your complacency has cost you a repeat customer I can only conclude that you think you are too big to fail but fail you have you just dont care beware potential customers you are dealing with a company that just dont care if anything I would downgrade you to 1 star or zero never again what a cheek shame on you adios

Very speedy and well packaged delivery from point of order. Will definitely use again. Price was comparable to other sellers.
