Please stop using PayPal. For some reason it refuses to let you pay as a guest so you have to log into your account. Can't remember the details so becomes a real palava. Ended up having to borrow cash of a friend so might as well have ordered direct from the restaurant. Will not be using this site again

Website was easy to use and order was processed quickly. Only hiccup was that the tracker wasn't updating, but it didn't stop the delivery to arrive in a timely manner. It did though made me worry that the order wasn't received by Miso Sushi (great food ;-)) until the door went.

Just Great and reliable

I've had no problems at all with takeaway.com, and the option to pay via paypal is a really welcome addition to payment options.

i ordered a chinese from this site it was very easy to order when the food came it was good the only downfall was it took quite a while to come

there's only 2 takeaways on the takeaway.com website in my area and one of them is a late night beer service not food. when i input my order on takeaway.com they ring the restaurant and order on my behalf. the last time the takeaway.com operative didn't pass on the whole order and while sorting that out with the nice man from the restaurant i discovered that they have never bothered to pass on the delivery instructions and messages for the restaurant that i type in with my order (I just thought the restaurant was just ignoring them but in reality they were just not told) not related but you cant order after 11pm (even though the restaurant is open while 3am on friday) the takeaway.com website tells me the restaurant is closed when I try and order.

I have used Takeaway.com a few times now and i have not had one issue with the site. Its Quick and simple to use and provides every available food option in my area apart from Mcdonalds.lol. I left bad feedback for a recent order i made from a local chinese takeaway id been using for years and to my amazement i recieved a email from TAKEAWAY.COM apoligising for my bad experience. They Credited my account with £3.50 which i can use on any other order from any other takeaway. That is the 1st time ive ever been compensated from any takeaway website. Thankyou very much for your excellent customer service .

It was easy to order using takeaway.com. As a first time user of this service I had no difficulty what so ever.

As for the service, to me this is reflected in the end product, so not I wouldn't use Takeaway.com again as I ordered a Veggie Pizza with Artichokes.... it arrived with Anchovies. Takeaway.com is an ok service but it really is just as simple to order with the restaurant directly.

I was a little worried about placing my take away order with someone other than the restaurant. But I needn't have done so as it arrived on time and complete and placing it couldn't have been easier.

process is very slow takes over an hour min time you wait is around 1hr 45 minutes contacting the takeaway isnt easy you have too contact the takeaway directly

I had lost my debit card and was looking for a vendor that took PayPal. It was very late on a Sunday evening and I ordered just before the shop closed. The food arrived hot and fresh 45 minutes later and I live in central London so I was happy that my order arrived. I then realised that the shop was one I used to frequent regularly many years ago and I was happy that it tasted the same, having arrived hot and fresh.
