I had some issues with the restaurant not accepting my order, the Takeaway.com team contacted me and let me know about the issue and offered me an immediate refund, really good service

Order a meal after returning from our holiday, food actually turned up quite quickly however takeaway.com app showed price of £8.60 driver tried to charge me £10.80 got the receipt from his car and told me I would need to ring the restaurant to sort it out or pay the £10.80 I refused the delivery not being ripped off ! Ended up at local trusted takeaway Takeaway.com replied 3.00 ish in the afternoon the next day told me they would speak with the restaurant when they opened at 5.00pm around 6.00pm got email from takeaway.com restaurant had changed there prices but hadn't update the website? Poor will order the same food from the same restaurant let's see what happens next time!

3 times i have orded and restruant has not got my order

Straightforward, easy to use. Easy to find takeaways nearby and filter them to type of takeaway if you're looking for something specific.

I ordered a chicken meal and it was tasteless and bony, and the sweetcorn was past it's sell by date where it had been reheated and left in water until it was on the turn. I do not often fill in reviews, but they sent me a voucher code to compensate to the value of £3.50. At least they read my review and offered me something back, although my review was just being honest so someone else does not have a bad meal too.

After using other more known takeaway sites, I was hopeful on the service that Takeaway would provide. I could not have been more disappointed. It appears they do not "vet" the takeaways they promote and do not really care when there is a problem. The only order I placed with them made my household ill. The food turned up cold and what can only be described as soggy. After complaining to Takeaway I was basically told that they would do nothing and to take my complaints to the restaurant in question. This was my ONLY order with them and will not be returning. I highly recommend using the more known sites - they actually give a damn about their customers.

Was able to choose restaurant and order a meal, however, discount code would not work which was disappointing.

I have ordered takeaways from this restaurant over the phone in the past, but this was the first time I ordered online. Don't have too much faith in modern things, but everything went smoothly and quickly. Very pleased with online ordering and with the restaurant itself.
