Another good meal delivered in reasonable time

No issue with the food but for 2nd time they told me that they had issues with takeaway.com not confirming I had paid online. What is the point of using you if you cannot get your act together?

Good way to get food when your tired

As usual TIGER LILY were absolutely fantastic sorting out the problem that was caused by take away. Com never had this problem with justeat and now regret using this service

Biriyany was not tasty, I orderd 4 biriyany they r all were so tasteless and it says order more than 25 pounds, u will get bombay potato free. But I did not get anything. So disappointed. No Asian taste at all

Used a Groupon voucher to make my first order on the site. After an hour an no takeaway I rang the restaurant to be informed that they do not and have never delivered to our area. They stated that they had rang Takeaway and informed them that they do not deliver to our area as too far. I then went to email the company to find an email asking for a £2 extra delivery charge for the takeaway, which was never going to be delivered! Excuses were made that it was the restaurants fault as they signed up saying they delivered to the postcode, but this was not the case according to the restuarant and they were not going to deliver despite a £2 extra charge. very poor business, to be avoided.

Have found this site really helpful and customer satisfaction is very high on their agenda which is rare in these days would recommend to my family and friends .

So simple to order, even I didn't make a mess of it. Will definitely use it again.

I ordered some alcohol never got it waited up and I had a party. I never got an email saying my order was out of stock. I got refunded.

Excellent restaurant lovely staff and lovely food. Well worth it.

I enjoyed the food but takeaway cost more than the prices quoted (only by 40pence) and thought they should honour advertised prices.

Lovley food hot and on time

Only used the site as offered 15% off my order so £23 order would be a good saving and could order another dish !! But when you get to get out there was no where to put code on ipad so turned on laptop and placed order again but same issue , by this point it had taken me 30 mins so hungry and had to place order any way, very misleading
