Takeaway.com

Had a voucher to use but could only be used if paying by card. Only 1 restaurant in my area that accepted card. Wouldn't have purchased voucher if I had known.

I tried them out because I heard they take Bitcoin, and they did. Very happy to see this in place. Everything worked out well, order placed, food arrived, no problems. I'll definitely be doing this again.

From restaurants not getting orders, to them not even been open when the order went through!! Useless!!

Food really great a little too warm for my wife but plenty of choice and good portions.

The website was not set up to take the restaurant offer properly and I ended up with something missing from my order...I ended up with two pizzas that cost me more than if I'd ordered them separately.

Old menus were on the website had to pay extra for what we thiught the price was going to be ended up nearly 8 pound extra due to not updating there menus and was so disapointing

Food came hot and was really tasty, very good customer service, will order again.

Visited my parents and used the website to order a take away meal. Having never done it this way before I was a bit unsure of the outcome! ! I was pleased to say, all was simple to use, and the meal was excellent, delivery on time, and well worth trying this method.

No problems what so ever, Will use again.

Had the option of a drop down box to indicate what money I would be paying with, however the seller claims it didn't go through so had to race to the shop when the food arrived to get change as driver did not have right change for the money.

First time I ordered, Takeaway.com rang me one hour after my order and said the restaurant could no longer deliver. The staff member form Takeaway was not really genuine sounding in apologising. Second order I had a call asking for £1.5 extra as Takeaway.com listed wrong price on website. I asked to speak to a manager and after a while was then resolved. This delayed my order being delivered, which even the manager agreed delayed my food.

The websites delivery tracker had gone to delivered within around twenty minutes and the food didn't arrive for an hour and forty. it was cold and i never ended up eating it because of this.

Large selection of outlets offering wide selection of menus. Easy to place an order. Delivery courteous and punctual.

I Like Takeaway.com it's better than Just Eat & Hungryhouse

It was all good.

This was the first time i had use takeaway.com and it was great tnat i could use paypal, the problem was i placed my order and paid with paypal and received an email saying the order was placed and after very nearly an hour still no food, contacted the restaurant who hadn't received the order so had to email takeaway.com and wait, they did reply within about twenty minutes and were very apologetic, the food was ordered and received but that was nearly two hours after first ordering, was promised a goodwill voucher and got an email vohchef for £3.50 which i thought might have been more, all in all i think i shall continue using [external reference] which i had been using up until then.
