Straightforward and easy to use.
Easy website to use although after ordering, I checked the takeaways website and discovered that had I ordered with them, I would have received a 10% discount 😒

Easy to use, efficient service!
This site was really straightforward and user-friendly, more importantly the order was delivered within the timescales given. Not having used this website to order online before, I was unsure of what to expect but everything went smoothly. Would definitely use again!

System error during ordering, no way of correcting
We ordered an Indian takeaway, but the drop down menu did not register the type of meat required so ended up with the wrong dishes on collection. Won't be using the site again.

Easy and Quick

order wasn't received by restaurant.
After waiting for 75 mins I called the restaurant, and they had not received my order. I had to reorder and wait a further 20 mins for delivery. Unacceptable. I will call direct in future.

Utter confusion and unproffesionalism
I made an order, waited the hour for delivery....rang the store then they claimed not to know anything. When pressed further they said they did not have an account so how was the money transferred and they have not processed the order.......ALI BABA answered and i placed an order with the Raj...one in the same apparently neither with an account....
