Im a long standing customer butI have never made a claim. I had cover for a very short amount of time and discovered shortly before leaving the country, that the documents couldn't be downloaded. I was unable to get the telephone number if I needed help. I tried and failed to get hold of someone at the company to help. I also used the Chat but was cut off with no response.
Matthew the sales representative was very helpful in securing the best price for my travel insurance. The only thing I would suggest is speaking slower in order for the client to understand.

Misleading online pricing structure, lack of knowledge & incorrect information from sales team on follow up caused upset. We made 4 phones calls to try to resolve the issues, resulting in Staysure team manager failing to call back after a week despite promising to do so within 48 hours. Altogether a very poor experience, suggest customers shop around for better price & quality.
