Happy with process for taking out insurance. Only rated 3 star as wasn’t able to use discount code previously emailed to me.

I looked for a quote and was quoted cover at circa £53 when going back to website to purchase, the price had gone up to £75. I then used a different email and the exact same cover was quoted at £53. I purchased insurance at the £53 quote !!!

The lady was helpful ,full of knowledge . Polite and cheerful .

Really helpful, clear patient salesperson on the phone, and I rang at 3.40pm on a Sunday- lines close at 4pm and it took an hour, so I was grateful especially. I needed Staysure because my bank insurance cover changed and did not cover my medical conditions any more.

Disgusting service very rude all they’re interested is taking your money and you don’t get the service you expect to waste of money. Don’t think about getting your holiday insurance with this rubbish company scrutinise a 90-year-old man into tears over the phone bloody disgusting company and only going to pay 51% percent how do you think a 90-year-old man is gonna come up with 49% of the claim of £15000 I will be taking it to ombudsman if have to

The website is easy to navigate. The insurance was bought within 10 minutes and that includes the medical questions. Usually the medical questions are handled on a telephone call and it’s so much easier to do it online. There was a very good discount online too! Thankfully we didn’t need to use the insurance so can’t comment on how good the insurance is itself.

Not usual helpful person. Firstly unclear speech and when I asked for question to be repeated she sounded irrated and condescending. Also after 3rd request I was feeling stressed and to lighten the experience I happened to apologetically say "I'm sorry I'm a little deaf, could you repeat the question" although hearing is NOT usually a problem for me. What has REALLY annoyed me is that I now have DEAF on my list and after I asked her to please remove it she said NO...unable!! I've been with Staysure for many many years but after this experience I'm sorry to say but this will be my last time

Simple to follow great price for annual worldwide travel insurance

This review is solely based on customer service when buying the policy. I've not had to claim on it yet so I'm not sure how that would go. The phonecall was over an hour long while going through every medical condition I have and working out cancellation costs and baggage claims etc. the guy was extremely patient considering the amount of medical issues I have and how long the call took!! The lady who rang the next day for payment was also lovely so it's a definite 5* from me at this point
