Needed cruise travel insurance. Online transaction was quick and easy to do, and the price for a week was very reasonable.

I don’t like how you barter the prices You offer a ridiculous price for a 5 day European holiday. Over £300!!! When I said no you took off £138!!!! I didn’t take it. I’ve just found out that I’m unknown to me my neighbour was having the same conversation with you. She refused the price and was then offered £68 for an identical trip. I meanwhile have an annual insurance at an extortionate rate I’m nowhere near as ill as my neighbour is. She has more things wrong with her. She’s blind she’s disabled and has rheumatoid arthritis apart from other illnesses. I didn’t get.Yet you wouldn’t take £1 off my quote. I think that’s unreasonable. I think Martin Lewis should do a big investigation into holiday insurance quotes.

When I wanted to get insured with this company, I had to spend time answering a bunch of questions before seeing the cost of the insurance. At the same time, those questions lacked the most critical one at that moment: had I already lived six months in the UK. I want to note that this point is only in their Terms and Conditions, which need to be downloaded separately. That is, after paying for the insurance, you may find yourself in a situation where your insurance case is invalid because somewhere on some page in small text in the middle of a huge document it will be written that you must have lived six months in the UK territory. Perhaps this is standard practice for insurance companies, but such a significant point that can ruin your life and cause huge expenses on medical care because the insurance will be refused should be one of the main ones when concluding the contract. Also, I want to note that the tech support, when I wrote to them, noted: this information is only in Terms and Conditions.

Waited on the phone for 90 minutes. Took a break then waited a further 20 minutes. Price has risen notably - one additional condition and a year older. Disappointed after a claim last year.

I found this company to be very professional from the start through to the end of my phone call. I was concerned over a particular worry and the man who I spoke to was more than happy take the time to go back through his own notes to be able to answer my query correctly. It did not take very long to set up and the price was also good. I would definitely use Staysure in the future.

Nothing went wrong. But just give us a reasonable price without having to make us search for stupid discount codes.
