Called over three weeks ago for joint(me/wife) single trip policy to USA(already have annual Europe cover)and had long discussion with agent including usual review of medical conditions then received quote which accepted only to find subsequently that the policy was for my wife only! Had several on line chats over many days requesting phone call review etc and promises to respond which didn't happen so have now lodged formal complaint.

Have used Staysure many times for my travel insurance, and have found them to be reliable and straightforward to deal with.

I telephoned staysure as I wished to change my annual policy. They were very helpful on the telephone and we arranged exactly what I required at a fair and reasonable price.

Easy to understand options available to me and website very user friendly. Quote provided and insurance selected quickly and easily.

I went with stay sure insurance as they had a lof of advertisements out at the time. The single price for a hoilday in Tenerife was good no health concerns my end but unfortunately four days into my holiday I had gastroenteritis, I was rushed to hospital as I was very ill, hospital was great total price was 650 euro which I payed. Put a claim in 5 days after returning to UK with stay sure up loaded every document they requested but a company called Davies Group takes over the claims they send an email telling you your claim will be dealt with between three and five days eight working days on I've now emailed them to request an update now I have to wait another five working days for them to answer the email what's a joke stay away from them not worth the trouble 🤔 this is going to be a long slog

Whilst the price was good, it was all online with no human contact which makes the experience poor.

Very difficult to understand the person on the other end of the phone.

Required long phone call as existing health problems to report for a quote for annual holiday insurance, lady explained everything, gave me options at a good price which I accepted.
