Found it quite expensive to add another 6 days to my single trip insurance. You advertise £15 admin fee to do it online,should phoned and got an explanation on the increase to the policy.

Fairly easy to complete application/questionnaire on line. However multiple questions were inappropriate/redundant.
Absolutely awful - took over an hour to go through on tel and then told if I didnt make my choice there and then I would have to do it again. I wanted to check to see which voer suited me best. I did a Trust Pilot review and a lady rang and apologissed profusely - I decided to give it another go - this time had to go through it all be it confimring rather than explaning- 0ne of the conditions I had given ( I rmemeber giving explanation and the lady checking spelling etc was not included so needed to go through it yet again. Got to point of paying line dropped! No call back ! I had an email following day offering a 15% discount - a silver lining I thought - rang to go ahead and after going through it all again - gave the code for the discount - nowhere near 15% totally misleading - I had no option but to take the cover at that point as I was at the airport. Surely after spending so much time on the phone they should at least get the info correct - what would have happened if I had needed to claim - they ask you to declare everything and then dont even record it - I am looking at how I make a formal complaint but considering how difficult they make it to buy a policy Im sure raising a complaint will not be easy - Update We did get cut off - I would appreciate a call back asap
