You did nothing!
You did nothing! I did everything. Having previously tried to upgrade my policy by talking with an aggressive shouting female (possibly South African) member of your staff. I now have an annual policy, thanks to my efforts. Also a trip pulicy for September, which I tried to discuss with your shouting staff member. Your product is good - some staff members not.
