I was timed out on the Staysure Website when I was paying for a new policy. The payment left my bank account but I received no policy. Despite phoning Staysure to resolve, it took phone calls on 3 days to explain to your advisors. Megan then Justin and finally Mhairi who helped sort out and confirm my new policy.
Customer support was very patient and helped me through the procedure, I assume with a smile on her face.
