Excellent experience

Got disconnected at the end of a purchase. I am finding it very difficult to navigate the website. It was a ong phone call with a foreign accent I had trouble understanding. The cal was dropped at the end. An email asked me to download documents. It was difficult to log into my account, which says I have no policies at this time. It has taken an hour of my time to get this far.

I have used this company twice not had any problems but I have not had any claims as yet either,!!
