Rubbish company to deal with
I just tried to get insurance for trip to Italian riviera with these after keeping me on the phone and taking my money for some reason they found a problem abd asked me to ring customer services they’ve hit to be worse company I’ve ever dealt with think I’ve got nothing better to do tjan sit on phone for ages no thank u

Lovely helpful advisor (Siobaan) This is my 5th renewal with staysure and I can honestly say it's the best thing I did moving to this company. They make everything so easy especially when you are unsure about something, a quick phone call and you are sorted.

Staysure very dependable company …
I started a policy online but hadn’t got the full details so had to leave the half completed document. This was picked up by Daniel from Staysure, who contacted me. He was polite and helpful and throughly understanding. He clearly knew his products and able to explain the benefits of each, so that it was tailor made to our needs. He was happy to stay on the phone and make sure we fully understand all the options. Then after we explored several options with different prices. We purchased the best product for us. Well done Daniel.
