Staysure Travel Insurance

Very easy to follow. No overly complex questions.

We have had a policy with Staysure for several years but had to pause it as I had a new medical condition. When that had been resolved we contacted Staysure, explained the situation & they explained the options we had. This led to us having the policy we required. The consultant was understanding & explained all our options clearly.

Very easy to sort out The only thing I would say is I accidentally ticked a medical button and it wouldn’t let me undo it. Apart from that everything was good as usual

The person I spoke to was really lovely and explained things patiently to me.

Very easy to navigate through the questions with helpful tips clarifying everything. Whole process was very simple and pain free for someone who doesn't always find online processes easy.

A frustrating experience. Having used Staysure on 2 occasions already this year and all our information on the system with no changes in medical conditions, it still took almost 1 hour to get a quote for a single trip policy for a week in the Canaries. There was a distinct language barrier with the call handler Having a limited geographical and medical knowledge, resulting leaving me on hold on more than two occasions,while she went to speak with other members of her team.

Quick to set up and good prices lets hope I don’t need to find out how well they do if I need them that’s why it’s four stars

A little shocked at first at the cost, but with both myself and my wife having medical conditions, and comparing other companies prices on similar policies, Staysures quote was the best. £15 per day for cover, gives peace of mind that should something occur we would be looked after

Did not seem to be able to answer some of questions & put on hold several times & did not always clearly answer various questions . Health screening was quite efficient.
