Great professional service from George and Gareth who put the client first.
Prompt and efficient
Property managed by Snellers and recently Shaun has taken a lead role as our point of contact. In the short time Shaun has been overseeing the management of the property, he has been efficient and dealt with matters in a timely manner. We hope this continues going forward and look forward to a long, mutually beneficial working relationship.

I reached out to Snellers 3 days ago about a gutter fault on our neighbour's Victorian conversion (which includes one apartment managed by Snellers). Sophie was proactive in swiftly forwarding my report to the relevant management company and promptly advised me that the gutter fault would be looked into as a matter of urgency. The faulty gutter has yet to be inspected or repaired so outcome of the situation remains unknown, hence the 3 stars. Sophie's own input at outset was 5 stars however.

Brilliant Customer Service from Sophie Sheppard
I have been renting a flat through Snellers for 1 year now and I am generally happy with my overall experience apart from a few little things. I must highlight the brilliant customer service received from Sophie Sheppard though. She is very professional On one occasion I lost my patience and my cool which was not good. It wasn't her fault but she handled it very professionally and gracefully and still helped me fully to resolve the issue. I had to apologise after. She has always sorted all my problems out efficiently so well done Sophie ! Snellers and your management are lucky to have you Finn McClean
