Prompt and efficient
Property managed by Snellers and recently Shaun has taken a lead role as our point of contact. In the short time Shaun has been overseeing the management of the property, he has been efficient and dealt with matters in a timely manner. We hope this continues going forward and look forward to a long, mutually beneficial working relationship.

Do not trust Snellers agency
Do not trust Snellers agency in Twickenham. Their reviews are fake, and they force you to write a nice review. Once you pay the money, they disappear. They advertised the place I rented from them saying that is quiet. Loud doors (without springs) banging all the times, daily construction noise and another neighbour bullying and stalking me. Everyone in the shared staircase do as they please with no CCTV and rules. Bad stench in the common staircase. They did nothing - apart from sending me several emails involving several different people from the agency t o confuse me. They destroyed my life. Snellers bully me until this day, completely clueless, ask you for money that you already paid and continue to harass you day by day by different people. Do not rent from them particularly if you are a for ei gner. Update 1 - Sarah reply is no use like the whole lot of the. Usual excuse. Am a long suffering customer of Snellers - never again. Complete rip-off. Update 2 - Snellers now continue to blackmail me until today and want my personal details or my review will be taken down. Just in case anyone is doubting, in one year I rented from Snellers I spoke to at least 20 different people. Snellers have been trying to get me evicted illegally. It is a bad triangle between landlord, agency and park management taking side of the neighbours - they all blame each other. You won't believe this but they even blocked a window in the shared stairwell permanently. Worse landlord I ever had in SNELLERS.

I genuinely hope my experience will serve as a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of buying a house through Snellers Twickenham. I will only give you facts and let you decide whether to trust them. We put an offer down on what we thought would be our forever home. It would be a stretch to start but we could make it work. Kris told us the owner liked our offer but would ideally want a little more. We did the numbers again and upped our offer, but having been burned before, our condition was that it be taken from the market. Our offer was accepted. We were ecstatic. Our kids were overjoyed. A day later, we noticed the house was still listed as on the market. When we queried this, Snellers ignored our condition and told us they were still having viewings until we show we have booked a survey. We booked a survey. Then they told us they will continue the viewings until we get financing in order and book a valuation. We did so. They got no new offers that weekend, but the house was still not marked sold STC. We queried this again, and were told we need to show we engaged a conveyancer. We did. This game continued for weeks, but Snellers told us "hand on heart" they are no longer taking viewings or marketing the property. We relaxed. Survey was done and paid for. Searches too. Valuation was done. Financing arranged. The patient buyers of our home also did their searches and surveys. They were excited too. This morning Kris told us we were gazumped. He didn't even tell us by how much or give us an option to up our offer. So they were still marketing the property. They were still chasing new offers after all. They lied. My wife is devastated. My daughter cried. Kris is happy.

Great Staff
Snellers have been managing property for us for many years now, and in the last few, we've been blessed to have Sophie Sheppard taking care of things for us. Sophie is knowledgeable, has great communication skills and is always quick to respond to any queries we have. We live overseas part of the year, but are more than happy to have our property (and tenants!) in her capable hands when we are away.
