Great professional service
Great professional service from George and Gareth who put the client first.
Prompt and efficient
Property managed by Snellers and recently Shaun has taken a lead role as our point of contact. In the short time Shaun has been overseeing the management of the property, he has been efficient and dealt with matters in a timely manner. Over 10 years of experience letting our properry we have had a mixed bag with the letting agent side of Snellers. Over the years we have had at times, a very poor service, which seems to be very dependent on the person who is managing your property and of course the tenant in the property also. But over the last 2 years I am very happy to give the 5* to Sophie Sheppard who listened to my concerns and managed to rectify many issues within a very reasonable timescale when she took over managing the letting of my property. We are now selling the property with Snellers and Sophie continues to provide the information we need to provide to the buyer, eg safety certificates and she ensures they remain up to date so we comply with the regulations associated with letting a property.

Great support for tentants
As tenants, it can often be a challenge to be heard and supported, either by Landlords or Managing Agents. Shaun Brayshaw at Snellers has been superb in taking care of us. He goes above and beyond to ensure that our concerns and needs are addressed. Shaun facilitated an emergency boiler replacement right before a bank holiday too.
