I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Supported us well during what was a prolonged house purchase with many changes and problems along the way. Kate Herbert was always quick to respond to questions and provide us with updates when requested. Portal for submission of information and tracking of progress was very useful and acted as a good checklist/reminder of actions to be undertaken.

Everything was most efficient except for the on-line forms that needed to be completed. 1 worked very well- the other 1 kept submitting itself before I had completed it! However a paper copy was supplied to get around the problem.

I honestly can not thank Kelly at Simply Conveyancing enough. I am a first time buyer, the first house I was buying unfortunately fell through and I had zero support or information from my first set of solicitors (at a completely different company). Finally, thanks to Kelly and the team at Simply Conveyancing, I have now completed on my first house.
