I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Wow what a service, from my 1st initial conversation with Danielle Hollinrake all the way through to completion of my property took less than 2 months. She was amazing I got constant updates when anything was done, nothing was an issue. The process was so smooth. If I could give 10 stars I would. I would HIGHLY recommend this firm. I had many friends buying property at the same time and they definitely did not have the same level of service I received.

They stuck with us during a protracted (15 month) sale of our property, even when we had setbacks in bids for other properties. The lawyer (or a colleague) was always available to give advice when needed.

We recently sold our flat using Simply Conveyancing, a complicated leasehold transaction that completed in 8 weeks - in a really busy period. The service was outstanding, our conveyancer - Victoria Agutter - was really responsive and took time to explain exactly where we were in the process, gave us estimates on timelines, and made us feel as though the matter was moving in the right direction at all times. I could pick up the phone to her, or send an email and I would receive a detailed response really quickly. I also had complete confidence Simply took care in responding to enquiries and preparing documentation. I couldn't recommend Simply highly enough, and will be coming back to them in the future.
