I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very responsive and helpful
Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and easy. The process allowed us to keep on track of what we needed to do and answer questions and respond to both solicitors and estate agents in a single update saving time. We were assigned Emily who was exceptionally helpful and on hand when we needed to keep things flowing making the process less painful. I would gladly use the form again when I next need to move.

And after two years we still don't have papers for our completion which still hasn't been finished. We are fed up. I sent an email a week ago and I haven't received any response. Person who handling our case was in touch in December last time. They still blaming second party solicitor and land registry. They told us it will take 18 months but it's over two years now. Don't pay that company before all papers won't be handed by you.
