Lots off faffing and finally recieved the correct model 14 days late.
irstly, the TV has yet to be installed, but all looks good. However, there were several issues with actually getting the order. Place the order on the 19th, states it will be dispatched on the 26th. Not an issue. Tried to call them to ask a technical question and confirm the delivery date as we have to book the bathroom fitters but no one answers the phone. Emailed on the 30th to ask where the TV is and they confirmed it will be sent "this week" (even though ti says dispatch will be the 26th. Finally arrived on the 3rd, but the wrong model. Did actually managed to get through to someone on the phone who confirmed that they will send someone to pick up the wrong model the next day, and as soon as it has been picked up they will send out a replacement. Pick up on the 4th and I also confirmed via email that it has been picked up. Received a tracking number. For the couple of days , DPD tracking stated that they do not have the parcel yet. Continually had to chase them to find out where the TV was, as I have the bathroom fitter waiting. On the 6th, they confirmed that if it had not arrived by the 10th, they would send out another TV to arrive the next day. Suddenly on the evening of the 9th DPD tracking number (the one for the original replacement they send out) said they had the parcel and and it arrived on the 10th. So obviously someone found it somewhere. All in all, a lot of chasing and faffing about. They were very apologetic, and I understand things go wrong but it wouldn't have been so bad if they had kept me informed and answered the phone. Fingers crossed it all works OK once installed!
