Would highly recommend Sanza. Ordered good for delivery to Ireland. There was a slight issue with my delivery not on their part. Once i emailed them, their response was so efficient and issue was resolved so quickly and received all my goods in a timely manner.

I’ve ordered from this place more times than I can remember. Delivery is always very quick, and the service is excellent. One order was missing an item, I sent an email to them, and the missing item was delivered the next working day. I will definitely be ordering again.

Found this website as I wanted to see if I could purchase Aussie goods in the UK. Absolutely delighted with the promptness of service & delivery & they even offer reward vouchers every time you order something - bonus!! I have loved receiving food that I used to eat all the time in Aus. Well worth a visit.

Absolute rubbish. Paid for next day delivery its a week later and no parcel. Keep getting texts to say it will be delivered today. Must be bloody Stevie Wonder sending the parcels out. No help from Sanza customer service either. Don't order from them Hollywood Candy in London has the same products half the price.

Sanza are brilliant. If you love Cadburys they sell the chocolate bars that are not on sale mainstream in the UK. There's some gorgeous flavours to pick from. They may be a bit more expensive than what you get here, but they are worth it in my opinion.

so a week ago i placed my order. i was made aware that because of covid my package wouldn’t be made up until thursday then i payed for the suggested overnight delivery to arrive friday. i spent half of friday tracking my parcel to be told by the depot it hadn’t arrived. i had to call sanza. i did so and was told they’d need to email the company. this was all resolved i thought when they located to parcel. i explained it was a gift for someone and i wasn’t prepared to wait until monday. they said they would do what they could to upgrade it. i heard NOTHINGback so rang the depot this morning to hear no effort had been made and i’d have to wait until monday. crap customer care. courier costs at least should be refunded!!

I love ordering from Sanza, and during Lockdown they have maintained a great service despite everything, so would not hesitate in recommending to anyone considering an order, either now or in the future. Is always such a treat receiving my favourite SA snacks whilst in the UK!! Thank you Sanza team :)

FirstOnline order for “life saving” Vegemite and TimTams from Sanza and 5* service all around The communication from Sanza was fantastic and the delivery company they used were excellent. Never thought i could get all my childhood memories delevered to my house in the UK. Bought some aussie food and drinks. All arrived well packed and beer bottles seperatly in another box written fragile on the side. Just perfect service and will be using them again very soon.

Happened on this website by chance when I was looking at a new chocolate bar on Ebay. This site sells at a competitive price. Quick delivery and product in perfect condition, well packaged and good communications from order to delivery. Highly recommend.
