Thank you so much to Helen. After a very difficult delivery (between a bottle leaking and being sent back and then 3rd time lucky my parcel was delivered to somebody else via DPD). Helen ensured i got my parcel, she was friendly and the communication was great. Thank you so much for all your help and being so lovely.

The reason I give one star I received…
The reason I give one star I received my order but the blade is not the correct model. The product I ordered was the BaByliss PRO Graphite Skeleton Trimmer Blade (BAB7072U) as shown on your website. The blade I received only says “Graphite 2.0” and does not have the BAB7072U model marking. Therefore it’s not the same product you advertised.
