Ordered a Dyson from them
Ordered a Dyson supersonic from them , however when it arrived I realised I didn’t need it , informed them , purchased a label to return . Once they confirmed they had it back , they issued my refund .. hassle free process . Amazing customer service

You promote ghosting as a legitimate response in business!!!! Be ashamed of yourselves …
You sent out a calendar telling people that red flag warning should be responded to with ghosting. Since when has ghosting been a professional, respectful or ethical way of responding. I’m appalled by this being encouraged. Correct it! Makes your company look extremely unprofessional and this damaging response brings harm to others.
