Went in to look at potential new road bike. Matt was great measuring both the bike and me to ensure a suitable fit. Collected the bike a few days later, superb after sales with pedals, bottle cages etc fitted and really good detailed 'handover' of what's required to maintain the bike to keep it at its best. 2nd bike I've bought from Run & Ride and the sales / after service has always been excellent. Shout out for their service / repair team also... high standards and great value.

Placing order on-line was very easy. I received confirmation of purchase via email and the order arrived in time as advised at time of placing it. The purchase was a gift to my daughter, who was very happy with it.

Ordered two hope rotors on the 10th of the month and delivery was supposed to be between 20th-26th May. When I called to chase it up the person told me 5 weeks from order date plus delivery. I’m so disappointed as this was a gift for my son’s birthday early June. Terrible service. I shouldn’t have to chase items.

Considering it was a free event nothing to point out. It is always nice to ride along with other riders and have a nice hot drink at the end ;)

Aside from the bad weather which couldn’t be helped and also wasn’t forecast. I thought the route was let down by the seriously poor road surfaces on the majority of the ride. There were also far too many main roads and dual carriageway to contend with.

Great and challenging route. Will be riding this again. Great staff. Yet to spend any money with them due to the current situation but when things settle I certainly will do.

Loved the route, the weather less so but I can't blame R&R for that :-). Free cake and coffee; what can I say? Lovely friendly bunch. Please support your local shop and get down there and buy some stuff!

2nd event I've ridden organised by Run And Ride. Excellent communication, gpx file sent 3 days prior to event so no last minute panic. Free refreshments at the end a nice touch. Would 100% recommend

The organisation of the event was great. I thought the course was really challenging and would perhaps exclude new riders
