Have used Run and Ride for over three years since moving to Stafford. Have bought some fantastic running and cycling products over the years and been given great advice on both running and cycling gear. No hard sell’s just honest, helpful people who clearly have a passion for what they do. Their coffee is pretty decent as well. Had the homemade Flapjack once, the less said about that the better.

Had great experiences buying three bikes now from Matt over the years Knowledgable, helpful, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile.

I was concerned reading these reviews, however this was the only company in the UK who had the item I wanted, so bought it online. Also they have a voucher scheme, which meant it was also the cheapest price on the web. Got a confirmation e.mail, plus emails on the delivery, and it arrived today well packed, earlier than expected. So I can only speak as I find, but for me they are a superb company, who I will use again

On your Marques Get Set No? ***Not a good experience and not a good start off , I tried the store due to them saying they are small but professional, I firstly ordered on a Sunday, got a confirmation, heard nothing of dispatch by the Tues, rang up told they only received notice the Tues and forwarded it to another branch, the other branch then said they were hunting for item basically it was turning into a nightmare and was a amateur display, majority of staff were courteous, I managed to get instant refund when the " new" member got over the technical problem! Never again for me too many excuses including using Covid as a crutch... Hope everyone else has a better experience, but it is a clear sign of lax when they advertise what they don't even update whether it exists or not or a poor system of stock management.... No managers were at hand etc and the final attitude was borderline blasé

Just started running and was recommended to get some good shoes. Spotted this shop in Stafford so thought I would try them. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff. I was asked what I needed the shoes for, and then got to try various makes. What also impressed me was their in door running machine. I would definitely recommend this shop.
