Right move is set up to sell financial services (like mortgage products) and promote estate agencies that pay for additional promotion. Registration is painful, taking 5 mins to wade through their security protocols

I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

Very helpful.

I managed to mess up an online guarantor form I was filling in and had to call the office. I spoke to Danielle who was extremely helpful and friendly. She made it easy for me to submit the missing documents, and even called me back to confirm everything had gone through all right. A really efficient company.

Sort out your website, it's ridiculous.

Their website is incredibly frustrating. I've been using it for over 2 months and it never let's me log in, the screen just turns blank when I try. The rare times I do get to log in, it saves none of the properties that I heart. How has no one fixed these problems. Ridiculous.

Excellent customer service

Today with the help of Rachel Robinson I have set up my internet/TV with Sky. Rachel was attentive, listened to all my questions and relayed the answers clearly and concisely back to me. This is what good customer service looks like. Excellent service and for once I put the phone down with a smile (even though I’ve increased my monthly payments πŸ˜‰)

Misleading at best

Was approached by this company for references for tenancy. There was an error on one of the forms which was immediately rectified by email. Application was titled' please take the next steps towards your new home at....' which was never further from the truth. We were clearly referenced, along with others for one property by the agent, which in its self is poor practice. VM bombarded us with texts over the bank holiday weekend, demanding references and more information, we don't all work on weekends and bank holidays, yet when we emailed the correct email address for one of the applicants, we received no response. So, customer demands only on their terms. Whilst a lot of this is down to agent not following a first come first served basis, I can't give any credit for this company at all. It felt rather like being subject to a debt collection agency, when we've done nothing wrong.

Decent enough app for what it does

Decent enough app for what it does. My main issue is when searching for flats/apartments for sale, too many of them are investments purchases. I don’t want somewhere to invest, I want somewhere to live Please look at setting investment buys up as a separate search category
