Rightmove has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
Right move is set up to sell financial services (like mortgage products) and promote estate agencies that pay for additional promotion. Registration is painful, taking 5 mins to wade through their security protocols

I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

This company sells landlord protection insurance. These incompetent and irresponsible company chased me day and night hard sell to provide landlord protection insurance.. sent me a list of criteria which I have met 100% but now these cowboys have gone into silent mode!! Not be trusted!! I even wrote an email for thier CEO and have not had a resolution!!

Frustrating search engine for rental property. It would seem that somewhere in the system, landlords have found a loophole for their listings, or Rightmove is knowingly mid-listing property to gain hits and commission. Despite using filters in the search engine, specifying types of accommodation, and selecting exclusions, the results still show unwanted results. I.E. I have selected "Don't show" House share. Retirement Home, Student Accommodation "Only Show" Detached, Semi-Detached, Terraced, Bungalow, Furnished. Result = Full page of single room student accommodation and house share. Take the furnished out, and it shows land and Car Parking spaces to rent.

Absolutely diabolical team in Merthyr. They took well over a month to do checks, which took so long I became homeless. Hollie was just the worst. Did nothing to help, never contacted back, didn't what her left and right hands were doing and extremely unprofessional.If you are looking for a team to help you move, this is not it. I have warned you.

UPDATE - issue eventually resolved satisfactorily, once aware of delay and my dissatisfaction staff were helpful. Worth noting that Rightmove website makes it hard to find correct contact info. I only found a useful email by looking through Trustpilot. Very poor customer service. One of those companies that don't reply to emails. My house is listed as Sold STC. My house has not been sold and it is not on the market. 5 days after phoning and emailing still no action taken and still no reply to my email. By contrast, I contacted Zoopla on the same day and they could not have been more helpful. They dealt with my issue within 1 hour of a phone call! What a difference!

Today I had the best help for a client who is 87 years old, frustrated he wasn't getting much coverage, the help and support I received on his behalf was 10/10 he left the office with hope he will sell, i'm extremely happy, thank you : )
