Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

Delivery men were very friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date with Delivery time by email and lastly a phone call to say they were 10mins away. I would definitely recommend Rhenus as a Delivery company.

Booking via website was easy. Price, good value. Checking Collection times via WhatsApp slightly frustrating. Using email to confirm pick-up, a 3rd way of communicating, was confusing as I wasn't expecting it & it went to "Junk". Collection team arrived within the 2 hour slot, nice helpful guys, easily dealt with double mattress & base.

I'd never heard of this company but had had a garden furniture provider recommended and they use this firm. Absolutely fabulous delivery. I was kept well informed of the delivery time, the guys were both super polite and asked me where I wanted the furniture put. Thank you.

The reason for a 3 star is due to the the delivery time changing 3 times on the day. First the delivery was between 9.30am and 11am. That was updated to 10am to 1pm. Then had a further update at 2pm to say they would be with me at 2.30pm. They arrived about 2.50pm. The two guys who delivered were brilliant though, so no complaints there. Just the mess around with times as you had to be there to take delivery, meant changing our plans for that day.
