Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

Second time we booked collection for a return and twice they made us stay home without even turning up. Terrible company. You have to contact them each time when they fail just to rebook delivery wry, which I’m Sure for the third time won’t turn up again.

I was kept up to date on the delivery, recieved a text with a time slot, was then given a phone call to say they would be here in an hour, lovely friendly lads, made sure my delivery was put somewhere safe for me as it was heavy, definatly recommend

I was told by Rhenus Home Delivery my order of 10 doors from Express Doors was to be delivered at around 11.15am this morning (1 May 2025). When the delivery did not arrive at the correct time, I checked the link track your order link on WhatsApp - that said the delivery had been attempted and was being taken back to the depot. This of course is a lie, as I was waiting at the front of house all the morning. Tried several times to contact the driver on the mobile number supplied, but just kept going through to voicemail. Terrible service. Additional Info: The driver was trying to deliver my order to a different address. I contacted Express Door, and they said that I wasn’t in, as the driver had taken a photo. When I asked to see the photo, it was obviously a different property. It then took another week for delivery. I got the doors, but no door handle packs 🙁. Express doors are now sending me these via DHL. What a nightmare.
