Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

Excellent service
The Team were very friendly and kept me updated with arrival time and arrived when they said they would. Items were well stored in the vehicle and they delivered them to where I needed them even though there were 26 items. Great service e and would highly recommend.

The two men making the delivery were excellent. They were very polite and courteous, very friendly, and professional. I had 16 items delivered so it was hard work for the two men who were very helpful and cheerful throughout. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Excellent service. You can choose your delivery day in advance. On the day the team keep you informed. I got a call 20 minutes before they arrived. Helpful pleasant driver. My item was light but there are 2 men for heavy items

I was impressed with the communication…
I was impressed with the communication from the company before delivery took place and on the day. They follow my request for the chairs to be taken into the garden not left on the kerb which for elderly people was vital. The two young men were polite, courteous and insisted on unpacking for us and removing the cardboard. I would definitely recommend your company

Aside from really confusing messages…
Aside from really confusing messages they cancelled my delivery TWICE. It's been a month since I placed an order and i've still not received the item. Terrible service and unfortunately won't be purchasing from the vendor either again unless they transfer to a different logistics company!

la empresa malísima, de vergüenza!. te exigen ellos cuando te van a traer lo que has pedido (en mi caso una lavadora) sin preguntar día ni hora ni nada de nada. Encima te dicen que solo puede ser el lunes o el viernes que elija el día, le digo que el viernes y que tiene que ser por la tarde porque por la mañana trabajo y me dice que no, que tengo que estar desde las 9 de la mañana hasta las 8 de la tarde en mi casa que media hora antes de que venga el repartidor me va a llamar. le comento a la mujer que me ha llamado que no puedo por las mañanas porque trabajo y me dice "es lo que hay". EL SERVICIO QUE DAN ES DE VERGUENZA Y EL TRATO DE VERGUENZA, no lo recomiendo para nada.

The two men making the delivery were excellent. They were very polite and courteous, very friendly, and professional. They cared for our mattress being delivered, washing their hands before removing it from its packaging, and were respectful to our house when walking through. Highly recommended. Thank you.
