Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

If I could give this a 0 star review I would. Rhenus contacted me to reschedule. Then after I rescheduled via the link, I received a text the day later to state that they have had to cancel and I need to reschedule again. I contacted Dusk who I purchased from, who apologised and stated the delivery is to go ahead as normal. On the day of delivery 7am, I received a text to confirm delivery. An hour later, I received another text stating delivery is cancelled. After contacting Rhenus explaining the issue, they have been very unhelpful and have not offered a new date or time for delivery and keep closing the live chat everytime I send a message. How will I know that Rhenus wonβt cancel my delivery for the FOURTH time? God knows. UPDATE - these other reviews are most certainly fake! I checked the other day and 4 other negative reviews came in, and then this morning 10-15 5-star reviews come in?! How many people really give 5 star reviews for delivery nowadays? Be careful what you see on the internet.

We ordered our furniture 10 weeks ago, when we ordered, we booked delivery for 7th April. A week or two before this date, we had a text from the courier "Rhenus" asking us to book a delivery slot, I assumed this was time, but it was actually date, the nearest date available was two weeks from that date. The morning of the new date, we had a text your delivery has been cancelled, turns out our furniture was at the wrong depot. We then had to book another slot, another two weeks down the line. Delivery date finally comes, and its missing one of the four boxes. I specifically emailed both Maze and Rhenus at the start of the week ensuring I would get the delivery, and I was assured that all 4 boxes were together and in the depot and would be delivered. The delivery drivers had no clue what was missing, didn't appear to have a delivery note or any information on what they were delivering just that it was 4 boxes. I contacted Maze, who have been as helpful as they can be, and they assured me that by end of date Friday (day of delivery) I would be given a new booking slot. Friday has come and gone, and nothing. I have stressed to Maze, that this has now cost me numerous days annual leave and that when I finally get my delivery slot, I will have to wait another two weeks for the delivery. We have had to rearrange a family gathering we had planned for a 30th birthday twice now, as we haven't had the delivery when arranged. We looked at the reviews before we brought, and they all stressed how poor the delivery service was, and we should have listened. Unless Maze change their courier I would avoid ordering any furniture from them unless you are happy to wait indefinitely. I have emailed again this morning to follow up from my telephone call with Maze Friday, and they have no clue about what has happened. I feel like banging my head against a wall. I am extremely frustrated, in fact furious. Also, may I add, you cannot speak to anyone at Rhenus! I will be seeking compensation, for the three days annual leave I have wasted, plus the frustration of the whole experience.

If I could give 0 I would, cancelled my delivery twice in a row. Apparently they tried to collect my delivery from the supplier on a bank holiday Monday when be they were (obviously) closed but didn't tell me until the morning of the delivery. Rescheduled for QA week later and get another email in the morning to cancel again. No explanation, absolutely disgusting

--Update The whatsapp customer chat just ended the coversation and saying 'there is nothing they can help today'. Funny company that hired drivers do not know the parking rule, and customer service people do not know how to help. -- The driver failed collection second time. Again, very rude and unprofessional, he insisted there is no parking even i come downstairs and pointed him a few, however he called back Rhenus and the company just let him go, exactly like the failed collection first time. If your driver is reluctant to do the job, why you hire him?
