Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

They phoned before arrival so we knew when to expect delivery. The guys were really helpful as I live in a 3 storey house and they took the mattress up 2 flights of stairs and round some tight spaces! They were also friendly and polite.

Best delivery company in my opinion
Best delivery company in my opinion. Superb service from when I placed my order for a new bed to when it was delivered. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process - the delivery was bang on time. The two delivery men from Swindon base 120 miles away were extremely pleasant, polite, respectful of my property and happily carried 5 heavy boxes carefully upstairs for me. Absolutely outstanding service - thank you gents.

An incredibly unprofessional company
An incredibly unprofessional company. I've had to take time off work 2 days on the run for a 2 man delivery team that has failed to show on 2 occasions. The driver called me, swore and has refused to answer the phone since. I would not use this company again

Amazing service! Kept informed every step of the way via WhatsApp and email. I was impressed with the real time tracker that gave you an idea of when the delivery would arrive (it also arrived 10 minutes earlier than estimated!) The two delivery men were friendly and handled the boxes with care. Very impressed!

Terrible company AVOID
Terrible company Packages arrived terribly damaged. Clearly stated eight packages only four delivered and they didn't even mention it. Scruffy looking vehicle and disrespectful crew ( one actually walked over one of my packages on the vehicle floor.) I saw him with my own eyes, so imagine how they treat your parcels behind the scenes. Just hoping these clowns aren't sent to collect as the items are all going back! Nothing good to say at all.

Faultless Experience
My garden furniture was delivered well within the timeslot promised. Two delivery men cheerfully greeted me then equally cheerfully carried 6 huge boxes onto my decking. I was kept informed of the delivery right to the point of arrival and all deadlines promised were kept. Outstanding service.
