The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.

Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

Waste of time, didn't arrive prepared

Nice guy, arrived within the 3 hour timeslot but with incorrect replacement part to complete the job, despite us providing photos of the damaged part and written description. So after nearly 2 weeks we still have no useable oven and now have to wait for the correct part to be delivered, to fit it ourselves.

They were very helpful on the phone. I had to wait a week for an available appointment but the man who came to check the dishwasher was very helpful and found the problem quickly!

Perfect service from start to completion

The appointment process was straightforward and quick, convenient slots were available as soon as the following week. There was good follow up to bring the appointment closer and very well measured reminders. The engineer Irfan was very experienced, professional, polite and respectful. He came prepared with the replacement part and was versed in every step needed to get my dishwasher back to fully functioning state. The whole process was completed quietly and swiftly including the testing and going over the correct operating steps with me. The results when I made the first run with a full load of dishes, cutlery and glassware were impressive. I am very happy to have Respond Services attend to my dishwasher service.

Listen, I could not fault the service I received from this company. He had the door back on within minutes and showed me how to do it myself should the need arise in the future. Very polite and understanding to the needs of my household. Would highly recommend this company for repairs when needed.

Fridge 'died' - not good in hot weather. Appointment booked for engineer but brought forward by 5 days - good. Engineer on time and quickly diagnosed fault. Gave advice and arranged for replacement item to be supplied through insurance policy.

Can highly recommend

The company have been very good to deal with, right from the booking. They listened to additional information I could give them about the repair, so that the engineer would have the right parts.The engineer arrived in the allocated time, and fixed my dishwasher. He was polite and clearly knew the product. It was fixed today, and so far so good!
