As an initial experience with Quickbox.co, I have not been impressed. The order process through the website was straight forward enough. However, the service has gone down hill since. We ordered custom boxes through the website on Monday the 19th. The website boldly claims a 5 day delivery. I chased the sales team on Friday the 23rd to see how the order was progressing. I was told that the job was queued and would be dispatched on Tuesday the 27th for delivery today. This would have been a 6 working day turn around; given the order was placed late on the 19th this was fair enough. Today I spoke to Quickbox.co as I have not received my order. I was tentatively told by a representative that the order would be now be delivered on Friday. When I questioned their answer I was told the production manager would call me back in a couple minutes. An hour later, still no call back.

Great products, supported in the design from start to finish. Amendments incorporated with no fuss. The only reason that this is not a 5 star review is that they had some supply problems briefly, and communication was a little lacking at times. But now this is resolved, they are back to excellent form!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVER. IF CARLING MADE BOX SUPPLIERS .... Absolutely atrocious customer service. I feel sorry for anyone who actually has to answer the phone - it must just be complaint after complaint. I've heard better excuses from my 11 year old. Ordered 100 bespoke printed and sized boxes and paid the one-off tooling charge. Confirmed by email the order would be with me in 7 days. Eventually dispatched to the wrong address (but thankfully the order was rerouted to my address 45 miles away) same day. Order arrived incomplete as was missing 12 boxes in May and I was then informed that the printer had broken "right in the middle of my job". But I wasn't to worry as it would be fixed within two weeks. I am STILL CHASING FOR AN UPDATE. I ring every 2 or 3 days and get empty hollow promises that I am the first job to go on the printer when it is fixed but then any further boxes required may well be subject to a long delay whilst this printer "catches up". The part was coming from China. The Engineer also from China (only person in the world who can fix it) and he did indeed arrive but couldn’t attend the job after all. He was absolutely, 100% DEFINITELY arriving on Thursday or Friday last week and I would be contacted immediately the printer was fixed with an update as to outstanding order. Honestly, this Company cannot get their stories' straight! I have been read comms from the MD but the MD is never available when I ask to speak to them. Then I am told the production manager is in charge of back orders but he too isn't available. I am FED UP WITH BEING FOBBED OFF. Inept doesn't even come close. I now have no option but to source boxes from elsewhere and take the hit on the cost. What a complete waste of time and money and what a complete shambles of an operation Quickbox is. Same problems as reviewers from end of 2018 reported. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO SEND SOMETHING IN THE NEXT 12 MONTHS.

Excellent, custom made boxes arrived within 3 days. Only moan a courier tracking number would have been nice or notice it was being delivered by pallet truck :)
