Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Working with Nikki made the rental experience a pleasure. She was very proactive in guiding me through as a first time renter and was very professional and personable in dealing with issues that needed sorting from the owners side. She was able to quickly get various contractors in to to sort electrical and appliance issues and helped the property improve it's appeal for both prospective renters and buyers. Nikki was great to work with and made the experience with Prospect a 10 out of 10 experience for me.

We had a great experience working with Charlotte! As first-time renters, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Charlotte made the whole process smooth and easy to understand from start to finish. She was always friendly, responsive, and happy to answer all our questions—no matter how small. Charlotte kept us updated at every step and really helped take the stress out of the process. Now that we've been handed over to the property manager, we just wanted to say a big thank you for all your support in getting us to this stage. Prospect recently sold my house in Birch Hill, Bracknell, and I used the local office. on an initial interview and sign up I was asked what price I considered to be fair for the place, which we agreed upon. photos where taken, drawings drawn up and a description was written and all were posted. nothing much happened in the way of interest for some time, then I realised my photos and description made no mention of the utility area, so anyone looking at my house would see a dishwasher and no means to do laundry. I asked that this be corrected, and after a few days this was amended. During the second week I noticed a further omission to their posting, my integral garage was not on the plans or admitted to in the description, My street has loads of garages but not all are owned by the property they front onto. It took a week and some lame apologies to put this right, but by now Prospect then came around to a follow up interview suggesting I could create more interest if the price was reduced. It was agreed that the price be lowered and advertised as " no upper chain " this was meant to generate more interest and hopefully get a number of prospects interested and maybe uplift the asking price. This did not happen, a firm offer came in which was even lower than my reduced price, and I was advised to accept this offer. Prospect Estate Agents let me down by setting a timescale but not showing my premises in its best light. I would not use them again !!!
