This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Our conveyancer, Tavia C., was very attentive and fast to respond. She helped us to push our sale to completion as fast as possible, whilst we were at the period of high demand due to the stamp duty changes. Overall, this is our second experience with PPL and because we knew what we were going into, such as using the online platform, we were again very happy with the experience.

We recently sold our home and purchased a new property, and we couldn’t have asked for a better conveyancer than Lindsay Rose-Jones. From the very beginning, Lindsay was absolutely brilliant. She handled both the sale and the purchase with incredible professionalism and care. There were a few timing hiccups along the way due to the chain however Lindsay always found a quick solution and guided us through the process with care and diligence. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble—she was consistently available to take our calls, answer our questions, and advise us through every step of the process. Her communication was second to none, and it gave us real peace of mind during what can be a very stressful time. We also used an accompanying app throughout the process, which was fantastic. It kept everything clear and transparent—we always knew where things stood and what we needed to do next. The combination of Lindsay’s professionalism and app made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Without question, we will use Lindsay again in the future, Highly recommended ! 5 stars !!

I found the conveyancing process a bit frustrating at times due to difficulty getting hold of my solicitor — emails and phone calls often went unanswered, even when I left messages, which could possibly be related to case overload. Communication could definitely have been better, especially for peace of mind during a stressful time. That said, when I did manage to speak to our solicitor, she was professional, proactive, and clearly knew what she was doing. She got the job done efficiently when it counted. There was a last-minute hitch with the TR1 form — despite them having it for a few weeks, and it suddenly had to be redone, which was very close to the completion date, which added unnecessary pressure. I would have appreciated more transparency and prompt handling of that. Overall, competent and effective when available, but the communication side could use improvement.
