Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the βe-Way conveyancing made easyβ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

1) Hope Johnson lied to me regarding completing my transfer of equity 2) Causing unnecessary delays. I need this transfer of equity submitted to land registry and expedited because I have a pending remortgage and property purchase. Which I informed you day 1. 3) overcharged almost double even though it's was a fix fee quote and Amber confirmed the original fee quote was okay and sent me an email confirming this. 4) now ignoring my emails.

Using Premier Property Lawyers
The online tools helps us to get an holistic view of the process of selling our house and buying a new one. It makes the process more transparent and appears to give us more control over the paperwork. The only downside are the daily automated messages which in our case are reminding us to do things that we have already done, or which are inappropriate. Our solicitor has been really helpful and accessible.

This is the 4th time we've've used Premier Property Lawyers for the sale of a property. Each time the Conveyancer allocated has been very thorough and efficient, and our most recent experience with Jasvir Virdi as Conveyancer was exactly the same. Jasvir is a great communicator and kept us up to date with progress on a regular basis, either by phone or email. She was very efficient and professional and ensured that the sale was completed in accordance with the agreed timeline. Thank you Jasvir for all your support!

A reliable, professional and friendly service
Purchasing a home can be a stressful experience, but the online system, and particularly our conveyancer Ali Aziz, made the experience a lot easier and supportive than a conventional high street solicitors that we have previously used. Ali can only be described as a star! Throughout the whole process Ali was very reliable and professional, always getting back to us as soon as possible, either by phone or email, keeping us well informed and updated. Eway is so simple to use, and cuts out a lot of time waiting for information and documentation, either being sent to us, or us sending over essensial documents. This is our second time using Premier Property Lawyers, and should we ever need the services of a conveyancer again, they would be our first company to contact.

I struggled at first with the online system and almost gave up. It would have been better to give prior advice that the downpour of form filling would dry up after a week or so. The I/D process appeared a little OTT but grateful for the explanation by the case handler. The benefits clearly are that you can do a lot of the work at a time to suit you.
