This was an amazing service. The booking process was so easy. I was contacted that same day by the driver on WhatsApp to re confirm everything again after already receiving an email with his details. The van and driver arrived exactly on time to collect and delivered the same day. Price was great and on arrival I received a photo to confirm delivery. Once again thank you so much Muhammad and colleague .. Fantastic service

The courier provided was named Darren, he had driven from Leeds in the morning, then to liverpool to collect my items and drove direct to deliver them in Bristol. Darren unloaded the items into the house and was very polite, professional and hard working. This service saved me and my family a lot of hassle and driving, and compared to the cost of hiring a van and paying petrol etc, it is well worth the money.

Very happy with the service. Everything went smoothly. The driver called ahead to advise of collection time. The driver was helpful and professional throughout the process. There were two people present, which made the collection and delivery efficient. Overall the service was prompt and handled well. Easy to book online and have already booked another service with them. Highly recommend.

Picked up on time, very pleasant driver. Delivered well within time and left exactly where we asked, even though it was on the second floor. Could not have received a better service. The item was a delicate piece of furniture but the driver had the right equipment to take it up several flights of stairs without damage. Well done Porta.

Brilliant experience with Porta delivery service. They helped move my sofa and armchairs across from Basildon to Bishops Stortford and did it quickly and and with care. Super affordable, punctual and professional. Honestly, hard to beat on price and service. Will use again for sure!

I've used Porta twice now and have been thoroughly impressed both times. Their drivers are incredibly helpful and take great care to ensure all items are delivered in the exact condition they were picked up. I also really appreciate the promo codes they offer—it makes the service even better value. Without a doubt, I'll be using Porta again for my next move.

Does not have insurance . A very expensive Sideboard’a I had bought was damaged , shelves and carving damaged beyond repair they had not secured items and were all scratched even plonked it into gravel instead of lifting properly sayibbbit was heavy, you don’t just push stuff off a van. We’re very late and had missing pieces they had lost . The company terms state that they do not insure or have insurance but ask driver they should know and check . I was devastated at the damage of a very expensive antique piece of furniture that cannot be repaired or replaced and devalued. Although they say did not select higher level but did not expect a solid priece of furniture to get damaged and care would have been taken. Some companies, certainly not all, in fact very few ask for extra insurance. It's by no means compulsary and sure denying your consumer rights is certainly wrong and illegal but you just need to avoid these companies.

We would recommend Porta as easy portal to use, great communication and our delivery driver ,Majhid, was very helpful and friendly. Good service

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. This is the third time I’ve used Porta and every time they’ve exceeded my expectations!

This is my second experience with the superb service received from Porta Delivery.Fairly large item collected & delivered promptly & efficiently. Cant fault them!!!

Friendly driver collected before original advised time but checked first to see if that was convenient. After collection he advised when delivery had been made and followed this with confirmation photo . Very good service

Great customer service centrally and from my driver Kamran. Kept in touch all the way, photos of collection and delivery. It was brilliant all round.

The booking system was easy and the courier came on time. I did pay extra to have two people come as items were heavy, however on the day the driver came alone. Luckily there was someone home to assist with heavy lifting, but we would have run into problems if not. I notified Porta of this afterwards, and they were quick to refund me for the price of the additional person which i appreciated . Would have been 5* if not for this oversight.
