Brilliant service from Javeria Fatima and team.
I’ve completed my house purchase using PLS this week. I can’t fault Javeria and her team they have been so patient and helpful! I chose them despite not being a local solicitor due to the developer’s recommendation that they were quick and efficient. They were not wrong! I had a tight turn around time on completing my property and it has been a seamless and efficient experience. I’ve been able to purchase my new home and complete all the legal work remotely without having to visit in person. Communication is fast and the team are available to speak on the phone or via email, which is very helpful. Thank you Javeria you have been incredibly patient and understanding, picking up the phone when I needed advice and guidance. It’s been invaluable. True believer in you get what you pay for and her service was worth every penny! Thank you

To be honest
To be honest with it being my first property, I didn't expect it to be so smooth and quick as it has been. Poor communication, lack of responses, held up processes.
We used PLS for our Countryside new build property back in 2022/23. We went with them for free flooring/carpet with our new build, and the process was very painful with PLS. They took a long time to get back to us with queries, they continuously held up the process with delays in paperwork and responses. It's also been 2 years since we completed and got the keys to our property, and they still haven't registered us with HM Land Registry. They weren't very good for our first time buying a home - wouldn't recommend at all.

The purchase of my new property didn’t take too long to be at the point of waiting for the sale of my property . This was thanks to Emma Littlehales she got back to me in a timely manner when I messaged her and was happy to explain in detail what was going on . Then at the Christmas break she emailed to say she was leaving the firm but we were all ready at that point so I would have someone new . After the break a new person was introduced and we just waited for our sale. At the beginning of our sale we already had a first time buyer ready to start his process when I received all the initial paperwork to complete which I always did straight away. No one not even the manager responded to my calls or emails . Then unknown to me the “ manager” was changed and no one told me so I was not aware who I should be talking to until Catherine Ross and Mairtin started to be on the end of the phone and email. They were great ! They told me the new managers name who I only spoke to once when he spoke to me in regards to questions I d answered long ago before! Catherine and mairtin were 100 %
