Absolutely abhorrent service from start to finish. Frequent failure to communicate, several basic errors and complete lack of customer service throughout. Charged way more than they quoted, with no information of additional costs incurred until final bill. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about PLS - strongly recommend that people explore alternative options.

As a first time buyer, the process was very smooth and convinient. PLS portal is very user friendly. Tracker is very useful and gives very clear progress details. Ellie Hammer Team of PLS are excellent. I would like to specifically thank Jemma for the detailed, deligent and efficient work. In future, if I buy another property, I would again take PLS services.

Great representation of first-time buyers
Matthew represented us as buyers and helped us navigate a purchase process that was complicated by numerous enquiries, a defective title, and a less-than-responsive seller's solicitor.
