I had a fantastic experience with PLS…

I had a fantastic experience with PLS solicitors and especially Clare throughout the process of buying my home. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive. Communication was clear and timely, and they always took the time to explain each step, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting everything right gave me real peace of mind. I always felt like I was in good hands. I’m especially grateful for how responsive and approachable they were whenever I had questions or needed clarification. I would highly recommend PLS to anyone going through the property buying process. Their expertise and client-focused approach made all the difference.

PLS Solicitors made the process of buying my new home incredibly smooth. Everything was handled professionally and without much hassle. Communication was clear throughout, and I always felt in the loop. Their online system made document submission easy, and tracking progress was straightforward. Brilliant! (Caroline Newton)

Me and my partner are (sorry were) first time buyers. We had a nightmare trying to buy a house and two houses, frustration, let downs, stress and a year later we have finally complete. We were already at breaking point when we went to PLS solicitors and were introduced to Caroline Newton. I wasn’t easy to work with as I had given up hope of buying a house after being messed around. Caroline was patient, informative, communicative, so fast with every task and replied to each of my emails very promptly, with patience and always had a way of explaining things cutting out legal jargon and saying it in a way that I could easily understand. Me and my partner were hesitant to change solicitors at first but were backed into a corner to do so but I tell you now, Caroline came in, got the job done and managed to keep me clam, up to date and friendly for the entire process. Now if we move in future (sorry it won’t be for a while) Caroline had better be ready as we wouldn’t want any one else. Thank you again Caroline you have organised for me, my partner and children into our very first family home! You are a credit to PLS and the conveyancing service altogether!

First time buyers

As first time buyers our experience was excellent. Our solicitor Dalia was in contact with us almost daily, she kept us updated throughout the process and also via telephone, it was really nice to have conversations over the phone and Dalia was able to explain to us and reassure us on matters we were not sure about. On days where she was on leave Dalia would let us know and also inform us she had a colleague we could refer to. The communication was excellent. We would highly recommend and would also use PLS in the future. The only negative feedback would be for the tracker, this is useful however didn't update along with the completed stages.

Do not use PLS Solicitors

Please ! Please ! Please ! do not instruct PLS Solicitors for your conveyancing. The process they follow is to basically dump hundreds of pages of documentation onto a portal without any explanation, communication or support. You the Customer will be expected to understand every aspect of the process. If you don't understand or question any of the process PLS refer you back to the documentation dump and treat you like an idiot. House buying is stressful under normal circumstances, PLS will elevate your stress levels to breaking point with no communication, no explanations, no help at all. PLS never answer or return your calls when you are requesting clarifications or information. It gets worse, PLS will link their bill for services into the 'Completion' of the property purchase. So, you will have to pay for the awful service or not complete on the house. Then follow a very complicated complaints process to recover your money. I got to the point where I was willing to let the House go to avoid paying for the non-excitant help and support through this process. I have been dealing with Jordan (Case Manager), Dan (Team Lead) and Hassan (Section Lead) who are all arrogant and rude providing zero communication, help or support and fail to acknowledge their mistakes. This Team is completely incompetent and will jeopardise PLS's future if they are allowed to continue conveyancing. There are Solicitors out there who will guide you through the conveyancing process with good communication and advice so beware of using PLS.

Thank you PLS

PLS were very helpful with supporting us through our first time buying a home, they managed to speed things along before the dreaded stamp duty increase and also were in contact with us to keep us informed. The tracker system online is useful but I would say could be better layed out and more user friendly. Josh did a great job for us. Thank you!

From beginning I was happy with PLS

From beginning I was happy with PLS, but later with time was some problems between my solicitor, and buyer solicitor, one blame others, I need put in place when i didn’t trust my solicitor.
