Appalling
All I will say is that I have lodged a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman about PLS solicitors. It's not fair for me to publicise those details on here. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

Great support from PLS …
Craig Pollitt was the solicitor dealing with our case, moving into our second home. The home buying process had been lengthy for us which left us a little apprehensive of the buying and selling process. With Craig’s support, he made the process as seamless as possible, explaining everything along the way, putting up with all our questions and processing tasks efficiently. Excellent Service and Conveyancing for First time buyer
We have recently completed on our first time home purchase and our case handler Liam Johnson was excellent during the process, handling all queries and concerns we had from start to finish. Liams quick and prompt response were much appreciated and made the whole journey smooth and quick. It was completed in great time due to Liams chasing of documents, queries and enquiries and was always on the ball to speed up the other parties solicitors. The service I received from PLS via Sean Hibbert was great. He was quick at responding to my emails & ensured that my purchase & sale ran as smoothly as possible. 4* as the app isn’t reliable so I wasn’t able to make use of it.
